English Department
This department provides:
- Foundation Level English course for Nursing studies
- Intermediate Level English for the Allied Science courses.
Both the courses conform to the MUET syllabus:
- Additionally, the department conducts Personal and Professional Development Programme for third and final year students pursuing the Diploma in Allied Science courses to put them on a firm footing in the quest to gain a niche in the working world.
- Degree course students undertake Advanced English lessons and this incorporates a Research Writing Module (3500 word).
In short the English Department enhances the language skills of the students by engaging the Reading, Writing, Speaking and Grammar components systematically.
